Stephen Gallimore II

General Manager

Stephen Gallimore II, along with his wife and five children, lives on a farm in Puryear, TN where they breed horses and raise chickens. He obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Agriculture with an emphasis in Marketing/Management from Murray State in 2014. Stephen loves his position at SERVPRO, which he has held for six years, because he gets to work with “an incredible network of individuals who are always ready to help.” He is also a member of TVCC in Paris, TN and a coach for Little League baseball and soccer. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, riding horses, and being on the lake.

Erica Gallimore, who is the wife of Stephen and mother of their 5 children, is a native of Covington, TN. She has worked in the insurance industry for eleven years and has now been with SERVPRO for six years. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education from Lambuth University in 2007. She is a member of TVCC in Paris, TN and enjoys singing on their praise team. Erica loves working at SERVPRO because they “help people on some of their worst days.” Erica’s outgoing personality and relationship-building skills are a vital part of our SERVPRO team.

Randall Cox

Production Manager

With over 12 years of experience in the restoration industry, Randall Cox’s knowledge and expertise enables him to be an outstanding Production Manager, giving our customers comfort and confidence in his ability to evaluate their home or business. He is a native of Paris, TN, but currently resides in McKenzie, TN with his wife, Heather, who also works at SERVPRO. Randall loves to watch football and enjoy his wife’s home-cooked meals. Randall’s reliability and delegation skills enable him to lead the production team very efficiently for SERVPRO.

Michael Baytes

Michael Baytes is married to Maggie Baytes, who also works at SERVPRO of LBL South. They have both been a part of our team since 2017. Michael enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and riding horses. He is a great listener and problem-solver, which fuels his work in the restoration industry.
